Daily social & tech round up [14/04/14]

Lots of news from the social and technology world today. The biggest is the announcement that Facebook might be looking to launch a service that would allow users to store money and make electronic payments through the social network. Not only would this be a direct threat to PayPal, it could change the shape of the social network completely.  The other less prominent item is Google’s purchase of Titan Aerospace – seems ‘drones + solar = sign of the future’. Let’s hope they are for delivering packages, and not the first stages of Skynet! Where’s Ahhnold when you need him.
